Classic Luncheon: Our most popular lunch.   $8.25 per person. (Please specify baskets or black disposable cater trays.) A generous selection of gourmet sandwiches carefully prepared on a variety of breads and rolls. Our sandwiches come with leaf lettuce and assorted cheeses. Tray includes a variety of fresh turkey, salad sandwiches, coldcuts and vegetarian selections. For $2.00 extra per person you can add our famous shrimp salad. A separate tray containing tomatoes and pickles. A complimentary potato salad or cole slaw. (Complimentary salad requires a minimum of 10 people with 24 hours notice.) Hellman's mayo and dijon mustard served on the side. Paper products and serving utensils are provided free upon request. Tablecloths are available for an additional charge of $3 each. Specialty Sandwich Platters
Sandwich Salad Platter:Make your own sandwiches with our delicious homemade salads; attractively arranged and garnished over a bed of leaf lettuce. The salad platter includes chicken salad, tuna, crabmeat, egg, turkey, and shrimp salad. (Shrimp salad is $2.00 extra per person.) Assorted breads and rolls on the side. Lettuce, tomatos, and pickles included. Served with Hellman's mayo and dijon mustard on the side.  $8.75 per person.

Rolled Coldcut Platter:All of your favorite coldcuts attractively arranged on a platter with cheese, tomatos, lettuce and pickles served separately. Assorted breads and rolls included. Salads for sandwiches include chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad, and shrimp salad (at an additional cost of $2.00 per person). Served with Hellman's mayo and dijon mustard.  $8.75 per person.

Deluxe Combo Platter:Our best sandwich fixins. Our delicious homemade salads, rolled coldcuts, grilled chicken, fresh turkey from the oven, grilled vegetables and more. Attractively arranged and garnished over a bed of leaf lettuce. The salads include chicken salad, tuna, crabmeat, egg, turkey, and shrimp salad. (Shrimp salad is $2.00 extra per person.) Tortilla Wrap Platter:Spinach, Sun Dried Tomato and Pesto Wraps filled with sandwich meats, salads, lettuce, tomato and cheese.  $8.75 per person.

Thanksgiving Fresh Turkey Platter:Those famous Thanksgiving fresh turkey sandwiches can be delivered to your office. Fresh oven baked turkey sandwiches served on kaiser rolls and french bread. Cranberry sauce and stuffing served on the side. Hellman's mayo, dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato and pickles on the side. Minimum 10 people.  $8.75 per person.

Finger Sandwich Platter:A variety of salad and traditional sandwiches on assorted rye, whole wheat, pumpernickel and white mini-rolls. Coldcut sandwiches come with cheese. Two finger sandwiches per person. Minimum 10 people.  $7.50 per person.
