Classic Business Lunch: Our most popular business lunch.   $7.00 per person. (Please specify baskets or black disposable cater trays.) A generous selection of sandwiches carefully prepared on a variety of breads and rolls. Our sandwiches come with leaf lettuce and assorted chesses. Tray includes a variety of fresh turkey, salad sandwiches, coldcuts and vegetarian selections. For $2.00 extra per person you can add our famous shrimp salad. A separate tray containing tomatos and pickles. A complimentary potato salad or cole slaw. (Complimentary salad requires a minimum of 10 people with 24 hours notice.) Hellman's mayo and dijon mustard served on the side. Paper products and serving utensils are provided free upon request. Tablecloths are available for an additional charge of $3 each. Rolled Coldcut Platter: All of your favorite Thumann's and Saval coldcuts attractively arranged on a platter with cheese, tomatos, lettuce and pickles served separately. Assorted breads and rolls included. Salads for sandwiches include chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad, and shrimp salad (at an additional cost of $2.00 per person). Served with Hellman's mayo and dijon mustard.   $7.25 per person.

Deluxe Combo Platter: Our best sandwich fixins. Our delicious homemade salads, rolled coldcuts, grilled chicken, fresh turkey from the oven, grilled vegetables and more. Tortilla Wrap Platter: Spinach, Sun Dried Tomato and Pesto Wraps filled with sandwich meats, salads, lettuce, tomato and cheese.  $7.75 per person.

Thanksgiving Fresh Turkey Platter: Those famous Thanksgiving fresh turkey sandwiches can be delivered to your office. Fresh oven baked turkey sandwiches served on kaiser rolls and french bread. Cranberry sauce and stuffing served on the side. Hellman's mayo, dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato and pickles on the side. Minimum 10 people.  $7.75 per person.

Shrimp Salad Sandwich Platter: Everybody loves our shrimp salad. Now we have made it available for your business luncheons. Served on a variety of breads and rolls. Hellman's mayo, dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato and pickles served on the side. Minimum 10 people.  $8.75 per person.

Chicken and Eggplant Foccaccia: Grilled chicken breasts and grilled eggplant on fresh basil focaccia bread. Served with honey mustard, mayo and dijon mustard on the side. Minimum 10 people.  $7.00 per person.

Fajita Hero Platter: Strips of grilled chicken, green and red peppers and grilled onions marinated in Southwest seasonings. Served on Hero bread with salsa, sour cream and Guacamole on the side. Minimum 10 people.  $7.75 per person.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Tortilla Wraps: Fresh grilled chicken breasts, caesar dressing, romaine lettuce, tomato and parmesan cheese wrapped in a Spinach, Pesto or Sun Dried Tomato Tortilla.   $7.75 per person.

Club Platter: Ham, roast beef and turkey with cheese served on club rolls with bacon, lettuce and tomato.   $7.00 per person.

Finger Sandwich Platter: A variety of salad and traditional sandwiches on assorted rye, whole wheat, pumpernickel and white mini-rolls. Coldcut sandwiches come with cheese. Two finger sandwiches per person. Minimum 10 people.  $6.00 per person.

Jewish Style Offerings
Matzah Ball Soup: Also known as Jewish penicillin. Matzah balls are more traditionally known as knaydelach (Yiddish for dumplings). Matzah ball soup is generally a very thin chicken broth with two or three ping-pong-ball sized matzah balls (or sometimes one very large matzah ball) in it. Sometimes, a few large pieces of carrot or celery are added. Matzah balls can be very soft and light or firm and heavy. A friend of mine describes the two types as "floaters and sinkers." Matzah ball soup is commonly served at the Passover seder, but is also eaten all year round.  $2.99 per person.

Knishes: A knish (the k and the n are both pronounced) is a sort of potato and flour dumpling stuffed with various things. It is baked until browned and a little crisp on the outside. They are commonly filled with mashed potato and onion, chopped liver, or cheese. They are good for a snack, an appetizer or a side dish. You should be able to find them in any deli. The word "knish" is Ukrainian for "dumpling." Served with mustard on the side.  $2.25 each.
