- A generous selection of cholesterol and fat-free vegan and vegetarian sandwiches carefully prepared on a variety of vegan friendly breads, pitas, wraps, and rolls. Our sandwiches come with leaf lettuce and assorted dairy-free "cheeses". Tray includes a variety of mock deli products, avocado, veggie, and hummus (see list below) sandwiches.
- A separate tray containing tomatoes and pickles.
- A complimentary tossed salad consisting of romaine/mesculin mix and fresh cut vegetables with a balsamic vinaigrette served on the side. (Complimentary salad requires a minimum of 10 people with 24 hours notice.)
- Vegan mayo(vegenaise), and dijon mustard served on the side. (Hellman's mayo can also be provided if desired.)
- Includes all the necessary paper products and serving utensils. Tablecloths can be provided at an additional cost of $3 each.
